Introduction:Screen Printing
In single or multiple colors, brands are simply applied by silk screen printing, directly to the fabric surface. Low cost, bold and visible, durable and simple.
Pad Printing
Similar to screen printing, lowest cost, this technique is for rounded / padded surfaces with small brand requirements.
Embroidery
Choose one or many colors, plain or metallic threads, standard or 3D effect, renders your message in a traditional, value laden form.
Heat Transfer
Heat and pressure are used to apply multicolor logos, using reverse printed adhesive transfers. Mainly used where screen printing cannot handle the complexity of the brand. Surfaces must be able to cope with some heat.
Embossing / De-Bossing
A raised or lowered surface is created using a customized die. Often used with foil or color options. Use for discrete, classically sophisticated branding statements on leather, koskin and vinyl. Middle to high price options.
Flock Transfer
Similar to heat transfers, but with a final velvet / suede like finish. Gives remarkable color results for precise customer color and finish needs.
Decals
Type of badge built up of layers of solid colors and shapes on a solid or transparent base, with a thread trench to hide where it is sewn on. Very fresh branding with high impact results.

There is a wide variety of badge types created, using techniques such as print insert/epoxy resin, laser engraving, stamping, medallion molding, enamel filling, acid etching, etc. Flexible up market sophistication. Various sew on, adhesive, rivet or post/buckle systems are typically available for affixing such badges.

Our minimum order quantities are as follows:
a) For material available on the material: 500pcs/style
b) To order the material: 1000pcs/style or more depends on the mini qty to order the material
2) Delivery time?
We normally need 45 days from the date of confirmed order to ship the goods. However for small orders or in case of urgency we can deliver early. Enquiry with us
3) Printing of logo or design?
Yes, we have our own printing section and we can print your logo or design. You have to only provide the printing matter and the Pantone color code for printing in your exact color. The printing matter can be e-mailed to us in .pdf .jpg or .gif format.
Embroidery, badge and metal logo are available also.
4) Customized order or made to order option?
We can make bags as per your drawing, picture or sample. You only have to provide us the drawing or pictures, size, name of fabric, detail of the logo.
5) Loading port?
The goods shipped to you is loaded at Xiamen, China Seaport.
6) Quotation and sample?
Write to us at sales@worldwide-bags.com for our quotation, catalogue and samples.
7) Sample cost?
We offer sample free for foreign customer but customer is required to pay the freight cost. Please offer us your account no. of the carrier to send the samples by freight collect.
8) Is Form A available?
